Shipping policy

Our products are shipped within 2-7 calendar days using the following carriers: USPS. This period prior to shipping is the only period in which requests for refunds or exchanges will be considered.

The time it may take to process and ship orders may vary, and therefore may be faster than the standard 2-7 calendar days. It is for this reason that we recommend contacting us as soon as possible to request refunds or exchanges. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your requests prior to your order being processed and shipped.

Pretty City Hair Collection is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once products have been shipped. It is recommended that the USPS be contacted in the event that your order is lost or stolen.

 

LOCAL DELIVERY

Orders placed prior to 7:00 pm of ON HAND items are eligible for same day delivery. Orders placed after 7:00 pm of ON HAND items may be subject to next day delivery.

The shipping address and shipping phone number provided when placing orders will be used to coordinate delivery. Please ensure that this contact information is up to date. Please ensure that if a gate code is required to enter property that information is provided in your order notes. If being delivered to an apartment please make sure apartment number is provided. Orders will be canceled if we are unable to successfully contact customer within 24 hours to schedule local delivery.
