Refund policy
Refunds can be requested via our Contact Us page. To be eligible for a refund, requests must be received prior to products being shipped, and include the receipt or proof of purchase. Customers will be notified once we’ve received the request for refund, with information on whether or not the refund was approved. If approved, refunds will be issued to the email attached to the purchase in the form of store credit only, within 2-7 calendar days.
Returns/Exchanges
In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, requests for returns and exchanges will not be accepted once items have been shipped. To be eligible for an exchange, requests must be received prior to products being shipped, and include the receipt or proof of purchase. All exchanges are subject to product availability.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your requests prior to your order being processed and shipped.
Unfortunately, refunds/returns on gift cards will not be considered.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
